Guys i do not have any other medium to contact you…you installed a screen in our porch last november and when i am actually using it i found it tilted from right side. I have made several calls to your shop, left text messages to your installer brian but no update or service call. This was not a kind of service you promised when you sold it to us. Please help.

Last late spring I contracted for renovating our screened porch. Replacing the screens was the final step so it couldn’t be done until boards were replaced and painted. I contracted with the Screen Shoppe in June but could only give a tentative date because of the other work necessary before hand. The Screen Shoppe was very flexible. The various contractors were all having supply chain difficulties. Contractors finally started the work in late September and finished close to the end of the month. Screen Shoppe guys came by to check and measure the new screen opening as the painting contractors were finishing up. Two days later they came, built the custom screens on site and beautifully finished within the day! What a fabulous job! Our porch looks beautiful! I highly recommend the Screen Shoppe to anyone looking for a perfect screen installation or replacement!
